A.G.G.S  kahurangi group!

Kia ora fellow bloggers, and happy te wiki o te reo maori! To end off our celebrations for this special week today, we got a visit by the kahurangi group from Auckland Girls Grammar School. They performed beautiful waiatas along powerful haka’s followed by an amazing speech by one of the fellow group members. They peformed confidently setting a good example, to never be afraid to learn,peform and grow in your culture.

I was truly amazed by the power,grace and effort they put into their peformances. Peformed with confidence, portraying their kura really well. But overall i really enjoyed their peformances. My favourite part from their peformance, was our little Pukana Challenge being done in between their items. But we hope they continue to grow in their peforming skills and visit us again.
